Located at No. 13, Jiamei Road, Huangjindui Industrial Park, Shanggao County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Temore Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. a APIs manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of pharmaceutical intermediate-related products, with independent right of import and export business. Jiangxi Temore Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. began to prepare for construction in 2003 and was officially established in Shanggao County in 2006 with a registered capital of CNY 10 million and more than 70 employees on the job. Now, our products are mainly for export. By 2023, we have successfully produced over 20 kinds of products, including 2,3-Pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (2,3-Pyrazinedicarboxylic acid anhydride), chloramphenicol, rifaximin, Loxoprofen (Loxoprofen sodium), 2-(4-Bromomethyl)phenylpropionic acid, Methyl 2-cyclopentanonecarboxylate, doxycycline, and 2,2'-Bithiophene. Due to the need to expand the scale of production and operation, our company purchased the land of “No. 13 Jiamei Road, Huangjindui Industrial Park, Shanggao County, Jiangxi Province” in 2017 for the expansion of the new factory, and moved to the new factory in October 2019. At present, we plan to invest CNY 190 million for the construction of the new factory. This new factory covers an area of 43,355 square meters and a green area of more than 4,000 square meters. It has a construction area of 6,000 square meters, including 5 plants, 4 warehouses, GMP plants, and laboratory building, etc.. The design capacity of sewage treatment tank is 250 tons, the design capacity of the emergency treatment tank is 250 tons, and the design capacity of the fire-fighting tank is 250 tons.

Our plant 102 has officially entered the trial production state in May 2022. We have a modern factory building, advanced automated production equipment and corresponding R&D institutions, strong technical force and a large number of professional and technical personnel, and advanced analytical and testing equipment. Our company strictly adopts the full-process system management of ISO9002 to ensure the stability and continuity of product quality. Our annual operating income in 2022 is CNY 60 million, and the annual operating income in 2023 will be over CNY 100 million according to our estimation.
